The General Terms and Conditions that govern the contractual relationship by which the User acquires the products or services of THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL's store, made available at the URL www.picofinoclub.com, have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as well as European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

The company has the necessary means and authorizations for this purpose.

CONSUMERS AND USERS

Buyers who have the status of Consumer and User will have the rights and obligations set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of December 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The Buyer is responsible for all data and statements included in the forms of THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL, as well as the content of any other communication issued. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL reserves the right to exclude from its registered services any user who has provided deliberately inaccurate or incorrect data.
The user is responsible for their use of the purchased products, releasing THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL from any liability arising from any damage that may be caused by improper use of the purchased products and services and their specifications. Before making a purchase, the user must check the product features, price, applicable taxes, chosen payment method, and delivery date.

The website may cancel the user account or cancel an order for illicit or fraudulent use of the portal or for maintaining outstanding balances.

PRICE

Prices shown on screen are in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT), shipping costs, and any other applicable taxes. Offers and promotions will be clearly indicated on screen.
THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL may modify, replace or remove the products and services offered on our website, as well as prices, offers and promotions, in accordance with market conditions.
Once the purchase is made, THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL will send the user an order confirmation via email as soon as possible. This order confirmation is not a valid invoice. Purchase prices will be those in effect at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and are based on the number and weight of the items purchased. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the number of products and their weight, the destination country, and the address. The consumer or user can calculate the total cost in the shopping cart. In any case, shipping costs will be shown in the pre-contractual information before payment is processed.

DELIVERY TIMES

For products in stock, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (in Spain) from the day after purchase or the next business day (Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, and local holidays of the Principality of Asturias are not considered business days). The delivery time is indicated in the pre-contractual conditions of the order and in your order confirmation.
If your order contains multiple products, the delivery time will be that of the product with the longest delivery time. This delivery time will be clearly displayed during the ordering process in the shopping cart, on the overview page, and in the order confirmation.
THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL, commits to a delivery date. Any changes to the delivery date not attributable to the consumer will be communicated to the consumer, who may choose between accepting a new delivery date or terminating the contract, with a full refund of all amounts paid.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for the price of the goods and products purchased and for shipping costs can be made by credit/debit card.
To proceed with payment, the user must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the following information: a) Card number; b) Expiration date; c) The Verification Code (CVV), d) name of the holder, as well as any other information that is required on the screen as an electronic payment system.
THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL, has installed a secure payment gateway with a top-tier provider. In the case of credit/debit card payments, THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL, will never store any card information; all card validation operations are performed directly through the gateway.
In order to guarantee the greatest security for our customers, THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL, reserves the right to request the corresponding documents to verify the identity of the purchaser, prior to delivery of the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer or user will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of fourteen calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by law and except for the exceptions provided for in article 103 of the Consolidated Text of the Consumers and Users Law, without paying penalties, except for the return costs.
If the consumer or user has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, the business will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs resulting from this.
We offer you a withdrawal formwithout prejudice to the Consumer and User making another type of unequivocal declaration indicating their decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs. The consumer and user will only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

REFUND

THE PATITO RUSO COMPANY, SL, will reimburse all payments received from the consumer and user, and where applicable, the delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the decision to withdraw.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
Exercising the right of withdrawal cannot entail any other waiver or limitation of the consumer's rights. In any case, the consumer should, to the extent possible, respect the original packaging.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTS

Delivered product defective, damaged, broken or incomplete.
Please contact our customer service team and, if possible, attach a photograph of the product you received via email. You can return a defective product to us.
The legal guarantee applies to all items. You can claim the legal guarantee up to 3 years after delivery of the product, except for digital content or services, which will have a 2-year guarantee.
In the case of a defective product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the nature of the goods precludes such a presumption.

Taxes

The prices of the products for sale in our e-commerce store include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Residents in the European Union
Purchases made by VAT-registered entities (companies, organizations, etc.) residing in the European Union and holding an intra-community VAT number will be exempt from VAT, provided that this document is sent by email to pedidos@picofinoclub.com.
Residents in non-EU countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT. Please note that the prices indicated for shipping costs do not include import taxes (duties), which will be paid at the destination by the recipient of the goods.
The sale of products to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be considered non-EU territories for the purposes of VAT exemption.
