ONCE UPON A TIME, A CLANDESTINE STORY…
The Picofino project did not begin as a business venture, but rather naturally and spontaneously, taking almost 10 years to take shape and come to fruition… It all stemmed from the desire of a Picofino to create a different kind of gin, which he called “Mio Gin” (“his gin”), and of which 8 clandestine versions were made, which were tasted and shared for free among friends at an annual Picofino party.
The first bottle of Picofino was released in 2019, but its story goes back 10 years. It began with the dream of a local resident, a "picofino," to create a unique gin in a small coastal village called Albuerne, in the municipality of Cudillero. Eight years of experimentation, five major celebrations, and the launch of three products followed. Come and discover the story.

We've created something different, with a different process, with different ingredients. Each bottle of Picofino is unique, produced in small batches and entirely by hand, earning critical acclaim (with numerous awards) and, above all, the love of our customers.
On the outside, it's exclusive.
A "jewel" bottle presentation with premium crystal, a methacrylate screw cap with a silicone dropper, and embossed, submersible vinyl labels. A packaging concept meticulously crafted down to the last detail.
