Luanco al Mar by Picofino: seven days of music by the sea

There are festivals that take place in an indoor venue. And then there are those that are experienced with the sea in front of you.

Luanco al Mar by Picofino The official poster for its 2026 edition has been unveiled. The poster presentation took place at our Picofino Club Space, in a press conference where all the details of this new edition were revealed.

From 6 to August 12, Old Pier of Luanco It will once again become one of those places where summer is best understood: music, humor, shows, sunsets and a program designed to be enjoyed without haste.

Seven days, seven ways of experiencing Luanco

This year's edition comes with a diverse proposal, designed for different audiences, but with the same common thread: to experience culture along the Cantabrian coast.

The lineup brings together big names from the national scene, symphonic shows and a very special experience linked to the total solar eclipse of August 12.

Music, cinema and the cosmos

One of the most special moments will arrive on Tuesday, August 11th with ZIMMER&WILLIAMS: Soundtrack for an Eclipse, interpreted by the Royal Film Concert Orchestra.

A spectacular show designed to unite music, film, and the cosmos through iconic soundtracks from films like Interstellar, Star Wars, Gladiator, and The Dark Knight. An evening intended to thrill audiences just before a historic event: the total solar eclipse that will transform Asturias into one of the summer's major international hotspots.

In addition, the ticket for this concert will include approved eclipse glasses and a Picofino drink to use the next day.

El Wednesday August 12Luanco al Mar by Picofino will open its doors with Free entry until complete seats from the 18: 30 pm.

It will be a different kind of day, designed to experience the eclipse from the Old Pier of Luanco, with chill out music before the astronomical phenomenon and an after-party with DJ sets inspired by the spirit of Valparaíso.

A fitting end to an edition that doesn't want to resemble any other.
