Our gin is the result of 8 years of clandestine testing looking for a perfect and different gin. It is the soul of the Picofino project and, believe us, it was worth the wait.

Discover a formula of five botanical distillations that provides complex aromas, enhanced with citrus notes of grapefruit, Ceylon cinnamon, and a licorice maceration that gives it its characteristic character. Make your perfect gin and tonic, take your cocktails to the next level, or even dare to enjoy it neat with ice and a lemon twist, discovering a fine and extraordinary spirit.

Personality and subtlety

On the nose, behind a very soft layer of alcohol, juniper and the citrus and fruity touches of grapefruit appear very marked. 

On the palate, it is incredibly silky, smooth, and elegant. A range of citrus aromas, enhanced by the grapefruit distillation, along with the Ceylon cinnamon distillation, lends a touch of sweetness, balanced by the bitterness and dryness of licorice root and the intense base of juniper distillate. All of this results in a very silky and somewhat creamy drink, inviting you to enjoy it simply with an ice cube and a citrus twist.

PERFECT SERVE

The classic gin and tonic loves Picofino.

Its complexity calls for simply garnishing a chilled glass or wide tumbler with a citrus twist (ideally grapefruit) and a very cold tonic water without excess sugar. And of course, use large, abundant, solid ice cubes.

Nothing more and nothing less, the essence of a great gin and tonic.
